Speaker Profile: Mike Sutliff

Prior to joining Cranfield in 2019, Mike Sutliff worked for a global biopharmaceutical company in a range of commercial and operational roles in the UK, Europe and the US. Prior to his career in healthcare Mr Sutliff played professional sport, where he developed a passion for coaching, which he has translated into Executive Coaching. He is a practicing Executive Coach, having studied Coaching and Behaviour Change at Henley Business School. Mr Sutliff’s work currently focuses on organisational resilience, enabling organisations to anticipate, prepare for and respond to disruptive events. He also teaches Change Leadership and Managing Strategic Innovation, an agenda that connects to the way that organisations might take a more progressive and flexible approach to dealing with disruption; and is a member of the International Coach Federation and teaches peer coaching to masters, postgraduate and executive groups. He also leads the Executive Coaching provision for full-time and executive MBA students.
