Joachim Adenusi is a highly accomplished and versatile board level risk specialist with over 20 years of industry experience across an extensive range of commercial and public sector projects and endeavours.
A former director of the UK Institute of Risk Management and technical adviser to RIMS, Joachim posesses an exceptional understanding of all international commercial processes as developed over a career within highly reputable organisations. With excellent relationship-building skills, evidenced by extensive work in consultative work carried out as managing partner of IRMS Ltd (UK) and Conrad Clark, operating across two continents and working with partners across global regions and a range of industries, Joachim is a highly practical yet strategic practitioner, with hands-on experience in assisting organisations to drive compliance and risk management in line with the regulatory requirements of multiple bodies and institutions.
He is also a doctoral candidate at King’s College, London with a research interest in risk, crisis, and leadership; and an adjoint professor working at Temple University, Philadelphia and University of St Thomas, Minnesota in the US; and Southampton University in the UK.
The recipient of multiple industry awards, Joachim is an inspirational coach, storyteller, inventor and conference speaker.
