US cyber insurer, Coalition, is rolling out a series of new AI-powered offerings.
CoalitionAI Broker Copilot is a generative AI chatbot embedded into the Coalition broker dashboard that can answer questions about cyber security best practices and policy coverage options. The tool is 'trained' by publicly-available documents and resources published by Coalition for broker enquiries and education.
CoalitionAI Security Copilot is available to clients using the insurer's Control platform to help them understand cyber security vulnerabilities, coverage contingencies, and ultimately to resolve cyber security issues.
“This new wave of generative AI will unequivocally change the insurance industry and transform the broker experience,” said CEO Joshua Motta. “Our Broker Copilot and Security Copilot are just the beginning."
