Currently cyber practice leader for US and Canada at Marsh Specialty, Reagan will lead the new practice, which will be set up to integrate all of the firm’s cyber global capabilities across insurance, risk intelligence, incident management, and cybersecurity.

Reagan’s new role at the practice, which will formally launch on 1 January 2024, will involve responsibility for delivering transactional and advisory services that enable clients around the world to better identify, measure, and manage their cyber risks. He will continue to be based in New York.

Pat Donnelly, president of Marsh Specialty and global placement, said: “Cyber risk remains an urgent, ongoing, and constantly evolving challenge for organisations around the world. By bringing together Marsh’s full suite of market-leading cyber capabilities into one global specialty practice under Tom’s leadership, we will be even better positioned to help clients and communities manage their cyber risk and realize their possibilities in today’s digital economy.”
