DCL to roll out regional claims clinics

Direct Commercial is to roll out a series of regional claims clinics in February, focusing on commercial fleet claims.

The Direct Commercial Claims Clinics will be hosted in cities up and down the country throughout 2024, with the first taking place in Manchester on 7th and 8th February. Brokers that have an agency with DCL, and claims handlers, are invited to meet senior members of the DCL claims team to participate in face-to-face sessions.

Led by DCL’s claims director, Carl Cripps, the claims clinics offer an opportunity for DCL to share their insights and experiences relating to commercial motor claims and discuss any issues the broker or claims handler may need assistance in resolving.

“Direct Commercial is unwavering in its commitment to enhancing broker interactions and consistently improving access to vital information,” Cripps said. “Face-to-face communication is a crucial component of this effort and we look forward to good quality conversations with our existing brokers and claims handlers."
