BIBA and Griffiths & Armour renew PI arrangement

The British Insurance Brokers’ Association has renewed its professional indemnity accredited broker agreement with Griffiths & Armour for a further three years.

Griffiths & Armour has more than 90 years’ experience in PI, has been a BIBA accredited provider since 2013.

Matt MacLaren, professional risks director at Griffiths & Armour said: “We are delighted to continue to offer support and cover to BIBA members as an accredited PI provider. Our exclusive BIBA PI scheme was founded more than 10-years ago based on core principles of market-leading cover alongside a secure long-term approach. That consistent quality-based approach has enabled us to guide firms safely through the various challenges which brokers have faced over that time, particularly through the recent hard market and pandemic.

“With our dedicated in-house broker PI claims support team and an unrivalled risk management proposition, we look forward to continuing to provide members with a trusted expert PI service proposition for many years to come.”

Mike Hallam, head of technical services at BIBA added: “Griffiths and Armour provide BIBA members with consistent, excellent advice on all matters concerning their PI insurance. Securing their support once again ensures that members continue to benefit from this advice, as well as access to excellent market capacity.”

BIBA has an ongoing PI initiative that offers members help with PI related risk and claims management.
