Symphony Risk announces leadership changes

Symphony Risk Solutions has announced two additions to its leadership team.

Lee Stevenson has assumed the role of chief operating officer, while Josh Warren joins the firm as president of Symphony Transact, the firm’s specialty business focused on private equity and corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Stevenson, who joined Symphony Risk’s Board in early 2024, has over 30 years of industry experience, spending the last five as CEO of Shore Point Advisory. Prior to this, he spent 25 years at Marsh McLennan.

“I am thrilled to step into this role and continue advancing Symphony Risk’s mission of delivering superior risk management and insurance solutions,” Stevenson said. “We pride ourselves on being more than a brokerage – we are strategic partners dedicated to the success of our clients. I’m looking forward to working alongside our talented teams to further elevate the operational foundation that supports all our clients’ success.”

Warren has over 20 years of experience in M&A due diligence, risk management and private equity-focused advisory. He previously served as transaction advisory practice leader, West Series, at Lockton Companies.

“At Symphony Risk, we’re uniquely positioned to focus entirely on delivering for our clients without the internal barriers or resource constraints found at many firms,” Warren said. "Symphony Transact is built for the private equity market as it stands today, with the agility to evolve alongside it. Success in this space comes from strong connections and exceptional talent and we’re committed to hiring the best and working with the brightest to deliver results that truly set us apart.”
