Ecclesiastical joins National Emergencies Trust programme

Ecclesiastical Insurance is lending its specialist risk management expertise to support the National Emergencies Trust’s Appeal Partners Programme, whose mission is to provide support to those affected by national emergencies.

The Appeal Partners Programme brings together organisations that share the NET’s commitment to supporting communities in urgent need.

Mhairi Sharp, CEO of the National Emergencies Trust, said: “Cross-society collaboration is vital during emergencies. It means efforts aren’t duplicated, resources are applied effectively and, most importantly, that those affected receive the best possible care. The Appeal Partners Programme helps to facilitate that collaboration, so we’re delighted that Ecclesiastical is joining as our newest member. [Its] networks and specialist expertise will make a huge difference when its needed most.”
