Cytora rolls out new Concierge capability

Cytora has launched a new capability within its digital risk processing platform, aimed at helping commercial insurers, brokers and reinsurers digitise incoming requests more efficiently.

The release enables users to process multiple transaction types – including new business, renewals, announcements and claims – through a single intake. Powered by agentic AI, Concierge can identify and separate multiple requests within the same interaction, automatically classifying them and matching relevant files to each case.

Developed in partnership with insurers, the update is designed to streamline risk workflows, reduce manual handling and support digital-first operating models.

Sam Lewis, vice-president of product at Cytora, said: “Up to now, the complex of different commercial insurance requests arriving in the same place has been a major barrier to digitization. Concierge is the next level of digitisation for commercial insurance, offering complete control of the intake – without caveats or qualifiers. Powered by Agentic AI, Concierge understands everything that arrives, matches request to workflow, accelerating the transition to digital-first operating model across the full spectrum of the intake.”

Concierge builds on Cytora Platform 3.0, with additional features including request-level file classification and expanded support for multi-tiered workflows.
