Charles Taylor InsureTech deploys agentic AI for customer ops

Charles Taylor InsureTech is rolling out agentic AI across its customer-facing operations. AI agents will now be used as part of its InHub SaaS platform to operate across email, chat, voice and WhatsApp.

The company says the new tools will help streamline processes, improve responsiveness, and enable real-time decisions to accelerate FNOL, quote and bind, document handling, and other core insurance workflows.

Arjun Ramdas, Charles Taylor InsureTech’s CEO, says agentic AI will help the company improve customer service, while cutting distribution and servicing costs.

“Our native AI agents provide instant responses to queries about quotes, policies and claims,” he added. “It’s a 24/7 omnichannel service that ensures personalised guidance with shorter waiting times, frictionless onboarding and unified data flows.”
