Barnett Waddingham has acquired specialist advisory firm Risk Evolves, bolstering its risk and resilience offering across cyber security, data privacy, ESG and compliance.
The acquisition formalises an existing collaboration between the two firms and brings a seven-strong team from Risk Evolves into Barnett Waddingham, enhancing its capacity to support clients with threat identification, compliance frameworks, business continuity planning and specialist training.
