Argenta adopts Send across all classes of business

Send Technology Solutions has completed the full rollout of its Underwriting Workbench at Argenta Syndicate Management, making the Hannover Re subsidiary the first Lloyd’s managing agent to adopt the platform across every class of business.

Send is now live across all four of Argenta’s business lines: casualty, marine and energy, property and specialty, covering 23 products and more than 60 users.

Jed Farr, group chief information officer at Argenta, said: “Send Underwriting Workbench was the clear choice – developed by insurance experts who understand complex risk and real-world underwriting. It is helping us capture data in smarter ways, unlock faster insights and keep underwriters in control. We now have a future-proof platform that’s driving greater collaboration, consistency and confidence.”

Natasha Bond, chief customer officer at Send, commented: “We’re proud to partner with Argenta as they lead the way in modern underwriting. This full rollout across every class of business is a powerful endorsement of our platform’s ability to handle complex, high-volume underwriting at scale. “What’s been especially rewarding is the strength of the collaboration. Argenta has been clear on their ambition and open to reimagining what great underwriting looks like."
