Thinventory expands hybrid delivery network

Supply chain software specialist Thinventory has launched PUDO+, a pick-up and drop-off network designed to complement its existing 1,500-site smart locker system. The new service introduces manned handover points.

PUDO+ allows clients to mix locker and staffed locations according to stock type or project needs. It also accommodates oversized parts that do not fit standard lockers. Thinventory says users will retain access to existing tools including end-to-end parts tracking and its mobile app.

The company reports an average on-time delivery rate of 99.7% across its current network and expects to maintain this performance with PUDO+.

“PUDO+ is an evolution of our trusted network, giving customers more options and greater flexibility,” said Dave Wilson, CEO of Thinventory. “The introduction of PUDO+ empowers customers to choose the collection point that works best for them, blending options effortlessly to create a stronger, more adaptable service that meets every customer need.”

Founded in 2000, Thinventory operates in 31 countries, with distribution centres in key UK cities.
