Belfor UK expands restoration capability

Belfor UK has added a dedicated roofing service to its restoration offering, allowing the firm to manage roofing claims for commercial and domestic properties nationwide.

The new capability is handled by an internal management team that retains responsibility for each claim, covering both flat and pitched roofs.

The service is intended to support faster decision making and clearer coordination during restoration projects, with a single point of contact throughout.

The roofing service includes drone and photographic surveys to support inspections, detailed reports and quotes in advance of works, mitigation measures to limit further damage while scopes are agreed, and project coordination from mobilisation through to handover.

Hein Hemke, managing director at Belfor UK, commented: “When a roof is damaged, it sets the pace for how quickly a property can be made safe and restored. Our clients count on us to act fast and uphold the highest standards when disaster strikes. Our new service strengthens that trust, enabling us to deliver integrated solutions under one roof. It’s another step in our commitment to innovation and client care, ensuring customers benefit from seamless restoration and roofing services that provide continuity, efficiency and peace of mind.”
