NFU Mutual is to migrate its on-premises deployment of Guidewire InsuranceSuite to the Guidewire cloud platform.

The insurer, which is owned by its 900,000 members, said the move will support improvements in customer service and efficiency across its 300-strong agency network.

NFU Mutual is also investing in its data and digital capabilities. Guidewire Data Platform will allow the insurer to manage critical data and generate insights, while Jutro Digital Platform will enable products and features to be updated once and deployed across digital and partner channels.
