Hive expands intelligence network with Dragonfly collaboration

Hive Underwriters has added Dragonfly Intelligence to its network of partners.

Owned by Dow Jones Global Risk Insights, Dragonfly is an established geopolitical and security intelligence provider for the aviation sector.

Under the arrangement, airline accounts that subscribe to Dragonfly’s Security Intelligence and Analysis Service will be eligible for a premium discount where Hive holds the lead underwriting position.

Henry Wilkinson, chief intelligence officer at Dragonfly, commented: “By aligning Dragonfly’s forward-looking intelligence with Hive’s underwriting leadership, we’re enabling airlines and their insurers to implement more robust, data-informed risk management programmes. The aviation sector faces an increasingly complex threat environment, and through this collaboration with the Hive team, we’re helping clients stay ahead of emerging risks.”
