RIDDOR consultation extended

The Health and Safety Executive has extended the deadline for feedback on its consultation on proposed changes to the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013.

The HSE is seeking views on how the framework can better capture work-related ill health, while reducing reporting burdens.

The consultation forms part of the regulator’s wider strategy to tackle occupational health risks, inviting feedback on legislative and non-legislative proposals.

The deadline has been extended until 7 July 2026. Views may be submitted here.
