GuardianPointe Insurance Company has rolled out ZestyAI's roof age and Z-Property solutions to improve its assessment of property risk across its personal and commercial insurance portfolios.
ZestyAI's technology uses building permit records, historical aerial imagery and AI to identify roof replacement events and estimate roof age, while its Z-Property platform provides additional property-level data.
