Coalition launches cyber cover for large UK firms

Cyber insurer Coalition has launched Active Cyber Insurance for Enterprises in the UK, a solution designed to meet the complex cyber risk needs of large organisations.

Following the recent announcement of Coalition’s expanded strategic relationship with Allianz Commercial, Coalition now offers up to £20m in cyber limits to large businesses in the UK.

Shawn Ram, Coalition’s chief revenue officer, said: “Our innovative enterprise solution reimagines cyber protection for the complex risks faced by global enterprises. As artificial intelligence amplifies attack sophistication, third-party dependencies expand attack surfaces, and regulatory requirements tighten worldwide, enterprises need confidence that they can withstand digital threats no matter how they evolve.

“By bringing together Allianz’s AA-rated capacity and worldwide network with our own proven claims and risk intelligence engine, we provide enterprise stakeholders more clarity around their cyber risk and the opportunity to place meaningful limits with an insurance provider that actually understands their cyber risk exposure.”

Meanwhile, Coalition has appointed Nepomuk Loesti as its new head of international. Loesti will lead Coalition’s continued international expansion, helping to manage Coalition’s portfolio outside of North America, including overseeing all existing international teams and their growth.
