Belfor UK expands specialist services

Belfor UK is expanding its operational capacity and specialist services to support growth into 2027, following a strong financial performance in 2025.

The property reinstatement and recovery company is investing in people, technology, equipment and operational infrastructure, with plans to strengthen asbestos management, leak detection and services for the small and medium-sized enterprise market.

For the year ended 31 December 2025, revenue increased by 19% to £44.8m, while gross profit rose by 27% to £18.1m. The company said its performance was supported by expansion in the reinstatement business, strong client partnerships and a continued focus on service quality.

Hein Hemke, managing director of Belfor UK, commented: "Last year gave us a strong base to build from, and we’ve carried that momentum into the continued development of Belfor UK. We strengthened relationships with new and existing clients, expanded our specialist services, and invested in the people, systems and operational capability that support long-term growth.

“Our focus now is on extending this progress. We are continuing to improve the way we work, with a focus on building deeper technical expertise and using better technology and management information to enhance service delivery. We’re ambitious about the future and committed to delivering sustainable progression while remaining a trusted partner to our clients.”
