Stanley Security wins Blackline contract

Stanley Security has won a contract to provide safety monitoring and emergency response management services and ongoing training to Blackline Safety, a supplier of wirelessly connected gas detection and lone worker monitoring products.

Under this new partnership, Stanley Security will take over the role of safety monitoring services for Blackline in the UK, Netherlands and Belgium this month, and a further seven countries in Europe throughout the year. The provider will also provide back-up support for Blackline’s Calgary-based Safety Operations Centre.

The companies said they owe the partnership to their BS 8484:2016 accreditations. The Code of Practice for the Provision of Lone Worker Services advises on best practice when seeking a solution to reduce and/or eliminate the risk to staff operating away from the ability of colleagues to provide direct assistance.
