Everbridge looks to expand AI in critical event management tools

Critical events solutions provider Everbridge has secured a patent related to the use of AI on technology such as analytics dashboards for critical event management software systems.

The patent highlights innovation with broad applicability, including pattern-recognition algorithms that operate on risk data to identify critical event management trends in order to create visualisations using a graphical user interface.

Everbridge’s IP portfolio includes over 160 patents encompassing built-in system intelligence, data visualisation, multi-modal alerting capabilities, and crisis management techniques.
