S-RM expands APAC operations

Corporate intelligence and cyber security consultancy S-RM has opened a new office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – expanding its regional footprint to three offices in APAC.

Based in Hong Kong, Morgan Stark is head of Asia with oversight and responsibility for the delivery of all S-RM service lines. He is joined by a senior leadership team that includes Anna Beare, Naresh Sakhrani, Kath Lau and Cyrus Chiu, leading operations at the Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia offices

Heyrick Bond Gunning, chief executive officer of S-RM, said: “We continue to experience growth in Asia and will continue to invest in our corporate intelligence and cyber security capabilities in the region. Malaysia is a vibrant centre of business and economic growth with a talented and multilingual workforce; it compliments our twin foothold in Hong Kong and Singapore. I’m immensely proud of our APAC team and equally thankful to our clients, who continue to entrust us with helping them manage their risks.

Morgan Stark, head of Asia, S-RM, added: “The opening of the new office in Malaysia recognises growth opportunities for our business in Southeast Asia. It is also critical to ensuring we are appropriately positioned to deliver against our vision for Asia, which includes, amongst other ambitions, to firstly provide a vertically integrated intelligence and investigations offering to our clients; and secondly meet increasing client demand for cyber security services and grow our business in a sustainable way without losing the essence of what made us good in the first place, namely the timely delivery of high quality intelligence on which our clients can rely. Above all, this remains our commitment to S-RM’s clients.”
