HDI Global launches Climate Consulting practice

HDI Global has launched a new service designed to help businesses assess and mitigate climate-related risks.

Its new Climate Consulting offering is designed to help firms analyse location-specific exposure to chronic and acute physical climate risks, and to develop targeted measures to mitigate them.

“With Climate Consulting, we are addressing the growing demand from our clients for actionable, operational recommendations that enhance climate resilience,” said Lars Regner, head of resilience services at HDI Risk Consulting. “With Climate Risk Reporting, HDI has been offering companies support since last year to help them comply with the regulations required by the EU taxonomy.”

Climate Consulting assesses the physical climate risks based on three climate scenarios over different time periods up to 2100, ensuring a forward-looking evaluation of climate exposure.
