SRG announces completion of investment partnership with Warburg Pincus and Temasek

Specialist Risk Group has today announced the completion of the transaction for the majority of its shares to be acquired by Warburg Pincus, a global growth investor, and Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore.
