Davies expands European footprint

Professional services and technology business Davies has opened an office in Milan from which it will provide its third-party administration claims service and loss adjusting solutions to Lloyd’s underwriters, local Italian insurers and international carriers operating in the country. Enrico De Micco joins the firm to head up the new Italian office.

Dan Saulter, group CEO of Davies, said: “Investing and growing our claims solutions offering into Italy will allow us to meet the growing needs of clients requiring specialist claims and loss adjusting solutions in the region. With a team on the ground, we will provide a regionalised service to our clients, while also granting access to our technology, global capabilities and wider resources.

“As demand in the European market continues to grow, we will be looking at ways to replicate this offering across more European nations.”
