Allianz upgrades brokered SME proposition

Allianz is giving brokers access to an insights tool called Smart Broker Brief that is aimed to arm them with useful data and enable them to have more informed conversations with clients on issues such as underinsurance. The carrier has also responded to broker feedback and enhanced its QuoteSME platform, a quote-and-buy propositions for SMEs.

Smart Broker Brief collects data from a range of internal and external sources. It seeks to make brokers better informed about a risk, identify potential issues such as underinsurance and to provide support in offering risk mitigation guidance.

The QuoteSME upgrade includes a new design, a better search functionality, a new vehicle entry system for mini fleets and a sums insured confirmation page.

Alex Ktenidis, head of digital trading and ALP at Allianz UK, said: “Our Smart Broker Brief and QuoteSME platform upgrades bring the strength of Allianz insights to our brokers and streamline processes so our partners can spend more time on what it is most important, delivering exceptional service and outcomes for their customers.”
