Ventis ups line size to £70m single-asset cover

Real estate managing general agent Ventis has raised the maximum line size it can write on individual buildings or assets to £70m.

Gareth Roberts, chief executive of Ventis, said the MGA now has one of the largest capacities in the market: “This is another leap forward for Ventis, and a vote of confidence from our capacity providers that we are being trusted to write policies at this higher limit.

“Our partnerships with our brokers are the backbone of Ventis. This increase stems directly from listening to our brokers and their clients, who told us that they needed higher coverage limits to adequately protect their properties.”
