Red Helix confirms Risk Crew acquisition

Red Helix, the LDC-backed cyber security and network performance specialist, has acquired London consultancy Risk Crew.

Risk Crew is known for governance, risk and compliance services as well as penetration testing for UK and European companies. .

Commenting on the acquisition, Marion Stewart, CEO at Red Helix, said: “The sheer scale of the cyber risks faced by businesses has never been greater and we are committed to supporting our clients in the fight against cyber-crime.
