Aon has launched a new service designed to help insurers navigate the complex claims landscape. The broker says Specialist Claims Solutions will provide an end-to-end service covering leakage diagnostics, claims administration, run-off services, debt recovery, commutations, and inwards claims handling support.

To support the new service, Aon has formed an alliance with ARMStrong Insurance Services, a provider of claims audit and recovery solutions for the property and casualty sector. Through its operating companies SubroIQ and Paragon Deductibles, ARMStrong aims to identify and recover missed subrogation and deductible billing opportunities.

Veronica Judice and David Griffiths will lead the newly formed team as global co-heads of specialty claims solutions, reporting to Siccardi.
