FM has named Robin Benoit as senior vice-president and chief human resources officer, effective 1st June. She will oversee talent strategy, total rewards, HR operations, business partnering and employee communications.

Benoit joins from Acrisure, where she was chief people officer. Her previous roles include CHRO at Alternate Solutions Health Network and senior HR leadership positions at State Street. She succeeds Deanna Fidler, who retires at the end of the year, and will also assume responsibilities from Sonserae Toles, who retires on 30th June.
