Addresscloud launches first North American product

Geocoding and property intelligence solutions provider Addresscloud has launched its first North American product.

Covering more than 150 million properties and assessing 20 natural hazards, Addresscloud consolidates detailed, location-specific insights on key risk factors, such as flood and wildfire vulnerability, structural characteristics and multi-peril hazard exposure.

The new solution incorporates high-resolution specialist data from JBA Risk Management and Precisely, as well as publicly available datasets from agencies including FEMA, NOAA and the US Army Corps of Engineers.

Commenting on the launch, Addresscloud’s CEO, Mark Varley, said: “Our expansion into North America marks a pivotal moment for Addresscloud. By rapidly delivering high-quality, location-specific risk data, we are empowering insurers, exposure managers and data science teams with the insights they need to make informed, data-driven decisions.

"This release underscores our commitment to providing the speed, precision and depth of analysis required to proactively manage risk, optimise portfolios and enhance predictive modelling in an increasingly complex environment.”
